This Legacy Building Program is designed for student-athletes and non-athletes who are focused on overall health and wellness and/or competing at a high level in Primary School, High School and College. Our Training Programs are Sports Performance Training for All Sports and Track & Field Training. In this program, you will lose weight and get toned in a healthy and effective way through cardiovascular exercise, functional training, proper nutrition and more through our Sports Performance Training Program. You will also run faster, jump further, build strength, develop proper running form and compete at a high level in your individual and team events through our Track & Field Training Program.
