Premier Athletic Training Program
This Legacy Building Program is designed for athletes who are committed to overall health, wellness, and athletic excellence—whether at the primary school, high school, or collegiate level. We have a Legacy Nation Athletics Track Club and also offer two core training tracks: Sports Performance Training and Track & Field Training. Through our Sports Performance Training, participants will reach peak physical and mental performance. Whether you're on the field, court, track, or in the gym, this program is designed to enhance the core attributes every athlete needs to succeed: speed, strength, agility, endurance, mobility, and power. Our Track & Field Training program focuses on helping athletes run faster, jump farther, build strength, improve running mechanics, and perform at a competitive level—both individually and in team events.
