With 7 years of experience conducting Highlight Video & Scouting Services, Jaydian is passionate about helping individuals to achieve their goals and dreams. He has performed Highlight Video and/or Scouting Services for forty-nine (49) student-athletes in the United States (43) and Bahamas (6) who went on to secure High School or Collegiate Athletic and/or Academic Scholarships. His goal is to help as many student-athletes as he can to play the sport that they love at the next level while earning their High School Diploma and/or College Degree just like he did.

 

Coach J. was a Three-Sport Athlete in Basketball, Volleyball and Track & Field and fully understands the recruiting process as he was recruited by every major College and University in the United States for Track & Field during his HS Junior Season in 2002 after recording a Long Jump distance of 24'2.5 which was #1 in the nation through the regular season.

His organization has also been prayed over on Sunday, November 10th, 2024 by his Pastor, Apostle Raymond Wells, who leads Living Waters Kingdom Ministries in Nassau, Bahamas.
